Big Surprise

Incase you haven’t heard, the ban on same sex marriage was found to be unconstitutional by a San Francisco County judge. Big surprise. Assuming this ruling stands upon appeal to the Supreme Court, California will likely follow Massachusetts in permitting homosexual marriage.

    It was actually a circuit court in San Francisco. California’s Supreme Court is fairly moderate to conservative, especially considering the how liberal the 9th circuit is. The Court invalidated all of the marriages issued by SF Mayor Gavin Newsom.
