Mac is Back…

Written by Mark Harris on March 23rd, 2005

Meanwhile, Rep. Jim Marshall (D) may face a challenge from former Rep. Mac Collins (R) in an altered and renumbered 8th district that more heavily favors the GOP.

Looks like Mac Collins, who came in third in the three way Georgia Senate primary, is looking to revive his political career with a possible run against Jim Marshall in Georgia’s 8th District. This is good news for the GOP as it will give them a real shot at picking up the seat. The big question for all of the readers out there who have Georgia political expierence: Is Mac back or is Mac on Crack?

Mac is a good ‘ole boy and his ties run deep in Georgia, I predict he calls in his favors to pull out a win. I have to admit I like Mac Collins, though not as much as I liked Herman Cain when they ran for the senate. Mac would be better than that yahoo Isakson we have in there now.
