New Mexico State Fed Splits
Written by Mark Harris on May 14th, 2005The state Federation of College Republicans in New Mexico is now officially in civil war having elected two different slates of officers, and both appealing to the NM GOP to recognize their group as the legitimate one. This is far from unheard of (read up on the Rove CRNC race) but certainly a sad turn of events.
I will not put my foot into the breach there as both sides tell two RADICALLY different stories. But it should be handled delicately by all sides, this is exactly the type of thing that could get out of control and fissure the entire CRNC.

This is pretty much expected, most of the Chapters were already looking at impeaching Darnell for his incompetence.
