Mark Sanford: America’s Worst Governor?

In a twisted article only Times magazine could write they name the nation’s worst Governors: Kathleen Blanco (D-LA), Bob Taft (R-OH) and Mark Sanford (R-SC). Blanco… definitely. Taft… definitely. Sanford… WHAT IN THE WORLD. I mean Rendell is a disaster in PA, things ain’t so peechy keen in New York, and I am sure dozens upon dozens of states. Anyone know what the deal with this is?
