In regards to Andrew’s post and this ridiculous piece of trash, this issue has ZERO legs. The only people who will buy such a tenuous arguments are the hardcore lefties, who already aren’t voting for him. This is such a non-issue, but is just more about the Democrats and the politics of personal destruction as they say. So immature, so laughable, and so ridiculous.

That’s what the Democrats think, at least according to Drudge. They are going to kill the nomination on the basis of Alito’s membership with “Concerned Alumni of Princeton”, which he joined to protest Princeton’s banning ROTC from campus. Democrats are applying the algebraic property of transitive equality in a new and exciting way: an idiot member of the CAP once wrote that whites are smarter than blacks, therefore Judge Alito is a racist.

I am way outside the beltway, but as far as I know this issue has legs.
