GM & the Eu

Genetically Modified foods have been the cause of much international tension, especially in trade issues. However, the WTO has apparently thoroughly rebuked the EU over its stance against such food stuffs “because it lacks scientific credibility.” Let’s throw open the flood gates!

(Sorry for the European slant on postings - I am currently abroad in Italy!)

    Excellent. Even better this ruling can now be applied to Japan and China where they have used “health concerns” as an excuse for laying high tariffs on American imported bio-engineered crops.
