I just finished interviewing Judge Pickering. First I have to say that I greatly respect this man for what he has gone through and the sacrifices he has made. I also respect that the fact that he seems to have a great knowledge of American history in regards to the Supreme Court. He is for changing the rules and procedure for confirming judges in the Senate. I will try and get the audio posted later. For those here at CPAC, the judge will be speaking at 1:45 on panel discusing judical activism & the courts.
