		<description>Just a note: this ban isn't going to actually prevent any abortions. The D&#38;X procedure is really only done in cases when something has gone horribly wrong with a pregnancy, and accounts for less than 1% of abortions done in the U.S . Since there is no health exception for the mother, this ban will likely result in women having procedures that carry more risk of maiming them or leaving them infertile (which in my opinion isn't something to celebrate).</description>
