    You know, he may be the most under-estimated candidate we will ever have. I just cannot see Hillary seriously competing with this kind of honesty and nuance.

    I am almost glad about some of the pushback that Thompson has gotten in the MSM and blogosphere recently.

    “He is slow, lazy, dull, southern, unknown, yada yada yada.” There is going to be a period of adjustment as people who have emotionally comitted to another canidate will have to shift away and that isn’t always easy. Bashing an obvious answer like Thompson feels really good for a while, but reality always sets in. The McCain and Romney camps are going to slowly erode over time, but there will be some static along the way as people readjust their perceptions of reality.
