    If these become required, I move we send all used/broken “deathbulbs” to your closest Democrat congressman. After all, since they seem to know everything, they’ll know how to dispose of these damn things, right?

    Oh, but we can’t drill in ANWR. We might hurt a caribou.

    This video just points out how ridiculously out-of-touch most of Congress is with American citizens, sensible energy policy, the Constitution, and common sense.

    I don’t understand why these laws never get challenged in the Supreme Court. I agree with Poe that requiring this is unconstitutional so why isn’t it being challenged?
