McCain-Giuliani?
Written by Jack Burden on August 19th, 2008Is the McCain campaign’s putting out feelers regarding a pro-choice runningmate really about Rudy Giuliani?
Kathryn Lopez notes:
The McCain campaign has already hired a Giuliani staffer as the unnamed veep’s communications director…
I would add, that Mike DuHaime, who managed Giuliani’s presidential campaign, recently became the National Political Director for McCain.

Seriously. What happened to Charlie Crist? I heard his name like every day in April and May, and no one mentions him.

Re: Charlie Crist.
Probably two things:
1) He’s only been the guv down there for two years. McCain looks weak attacking Obama’s lack of experience while simultaneously saying, “Crist can take over if something happens to me”.
2) Crist is popular, but not among conservatives, who see him as kinda squishy. The conservative state house has kinda had to drag him along on a few things. If McCain’s gonna pick another squish, it might as well be someone who can realistically BE President tomorrow if needed (ie. Rudy or Ridge).
By the way, nice to have you back, Duke Boy. Glad to see the sharks don’t think you taste good.

Its going to be Giuliani, Ridge, or Lieberman. With Ridge first, Lieberman second, Giuliani third in probability.

Humans don’t make good shark food. We’re too bony. Sharks like prey that’s rich in blubber.

Maybe we can send Michael Moore and Rosie O’Donnell out for a swim sometime…

Ryan Seacrest got bitten by a shark this summer.
Glad to be back.

No thank you. The same goes for Lieberman, Crist, Ridge, Huckabee, and maybe Romney.

Oh, I’m not saying sharks don’t bite people. I’m just saying we don’t make good meals. Possible exception of the calorie-advantaged population.

Giuliani would probably be worse than Ridge or Lieberman. Ridge and Lieberman are pro-choice, but Giuliani has gone so far as to say that he’d give his own daughter money to have an abortion. http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=16762
